Poor Post Sales assistance

Ordered the Shoe on 7th Oct, have sent an email requesting for shipping information with no response till date. Sent a whatspp message to which also no response has been received. Only request is to ship the shoe before 15th oct and its 13th oct today with no response and no idea if the shoe will be delivered. Have called as well with no reply. I think 8 days is a long time to ship within India and definitely wont recommend anyone to use this website for any purchases as no one will respond and your in the dark with when the shipment will arrive. @cricketshoe team if you cannot deliver the shoe before 15th i would request you to do a refund or deliver to dubai F.O.C .
